Where we ship

We're very proud to have shipped our products into more than 120 countries! If you are interested in shipping to another country out the list bellow, please proceed with purchase and insert the actual location, we will take care of including your location. There might be price differences depending on the articles. In this case, you will be notified after checkout. via e-mail. 

NOTE: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. 

Delivery speed

Usually most our products take 7-20 business days to reach your front door! This may vary depending on the shipping location and time of order. Each Itzmypet product has an estimated delivery time on the product description.

Multiple products in a single order could arrive in separate shipments due to the manufacturer's location. Please do not worry if this happens as it is part of our process.

Track your package

You will be provided with a tracking ID via e-mail once you have completed your purchase so you can follow up on your order anytime you like. However, depending on  product value and shipping route, tracking info will be provided after a few days or could be non-existent. In any case, you will be notify via e-mail about your order status and tracking method.
